Brittannia is a seasoned leader with over 2 decades of experience in the banking industry in the areas of risk, business and credit structuring. Throughout her career, she has achieved outstanding senior leadership positions, serving as Vice President of Corporate and Commercial Banking at Scotiabank, External Board Member at Credicorp Bank, and holding the role of director in a private equity fund specializing in women-led businesses, among others. Her extensive experience and expertise have positioned her as an influential and respected figure in the financial industry.

She has worked for FCA since 2019 as an external advisor and in April 2023 joins the FCA team as Chief Financial Officer. Her role within FCA is to manage banking relationships, property financing and risk areas both within and outside the company, among other tasks.

Brittannia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Trade, as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) focused on Finance, from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnología. Additionally, she has studies from ESADE, INCAE and Harvard Business School.
