Eric is FCA’s Technical Facility Manager, collaborating closely with the Property Manager. He oversees repairs and maintenance for all properties, manages pre-emptive maintenance schedules, and provides management with detailed reports. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. With over 20 years of experience in maintenance, he has served as Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in various sectors, including hospitals, shopping malls, shipyards, and transportation companies.
